You can also give your registration form to your tennis instructor (if he/she is willing) to pass along to the appropriate person. If you haven’t received confirmation of registration by Saturday 2 July please contact Mr. Gilbert as soon as possible.

Registration fees are to be paid before the first match in cash or by check made payable to "l’Association régionale de tennis de l’Outaouais". Starting Wednesday 6 July we will contact you (e-mail) to give you your match time. For more information and to obtain the registration form: www.artotennis.ca.

 Please note:

1.    Participants must register in their age group only. Players must be available at all times during the tournament. A player who arrives 15  minutes late will automatically lose by default. Balls are provided by the tournament's organization.

2.    Participants in the competitive division must be residents of the Outaouais. A participant’s address is his/her home address as it appears on his/her Report Card for the current school year.  Participants are expected to be living at the same address as their parents or guardian. In cases where two addresses appear on school documents the address in the area of the school will be retained.

3.   Players with a provincial ranking will be registered directly in the competitive division.

4.   In certain cases, we reserve the right to override a player’s division selection: for example a player who has registered in the recreational division whom we judge to be strong enough for the competitive division and vice-versa. Please note that a recreational classification does not diminish an athlete’s chances of participating in the competitive division but he/she must do well first in the recreational division.

5.   The winners (a girl and boy from each age group) in the competitive division will form the team which will represent the Outaouais in the Grand Prix du Quebec in Ste-Thérèse, which will take place from July 31  to August 4  2011.   Please Note: players who register in the competitive division must make sure they will be available for the Grand Prix du Québec in the event they are chosen to represent their category.

6.    Each member of Team Outaouais will be required to purchase a license from Tennis Quebec for $35.00 (if she/she has not already done) to compete in the current year and an additional amount of participation fee to be determined by Tennis Quebec.

7.    The Grand Prix du Quebec will provide food and accommodation for the athletes.

8.    Athletes will be accompanied by two adults (2 coaches or 1 coach and chaperon).
